We work the long day so you don’t have to.
We build a site that looks the part and keep it current when you text or email us a change, photos and all. On Premium we also write your posts, answer routine email and get the word out about every opening, event and sale.
Your business, not a template
Stall boards, trip finders, menus, estimators. The page does what your customers actually ask about.
Text or email a change
New hours, a sold horse, tonight's specials, a seasonal sale. Send photos and video along with it. Live within one business day on Standard and Premium.
Real photos, real visits
We come out, walk the place and take the pictures. Twice a year on Standard and Premium.
You own all of it
Your domain, your content and every login are in your name. We build it and run it for you. Leave any time and take everything with you.
Send it the way you would send it to a friend.
To create galleries, update pages, or post new listings, menus and openings, send a text or an email with the photos attached. We make the change and tell you when it is live. No logins, no dashboards, no software to learn.
Built for the businesses that keep this valley running.
Plenty of good Montana businesses run on Facebook posts, a phone number and a website that quietly broke a few years ago. Customers still look you up before they call. We make sure what they find is current, reads well on a phone, and makes it easy to call, book or order.

Sites that do something.
Each one is a working site for an example Montana business, built the way we build for clients. Open one and try it in a desktop or phone view.
These four businesses are examples, not clients. Their names, prices and schedules are invented, and the photos come from Wikimedia Commons under open licenses, credited on each site. Real client sites use real photos from our visits.
One flat monthly fee. No surprises.
A one-time build, then a monthly plan that covers hosting, security, backups and changes. Three months to start, then month to month.
A visit, a build, then it just keeps up.
We aim to launch about two weeks after the first visit.
We visit
An hour on site. We walk the place, take photos and learn what your customers keep asking you.
We build
A first version in about a week. You mark it up, we revise, you approve, and it goes live on your domain.
You text or email changes
Send a text or an email in plain words, with photos if you have them: new hours, galleries, specials, daily menus. We make the change and tell you when it is live.
Premium runs the month
A ten-minute call or voice memo each month sets the plan. Posts, articles, listings and replies follow, all approved by text.
What will it cost?
Pick a plan and any extras. The totals update as you go, so you know the first-year number before we ever talk.
Montana has no sales tax. These prices are what you pay. Half the build fee starts the work, the other half is due at launch, and the monthly plan begins the month after launch.
Someone local who shows up.
Long Day Works is a small studio in the Gallatin Valley. We do the visits, take the photos and have the conversations in person. AI tools do the drafting and the busywork, and a person checks the work before it reaches you.
The name says how we think about it. You already put in long days running the business. Your website, your posts and your inbox should not add to them.
How we work
- Nothing goes public in your name until you approve it, unless you tell us a kind of update can go on its own.
- Your domain, hosting, social accounts and email are registered in your name, and every password is yours. We are added as helpers, never owners.
- We write in your voice, not ours. No invented reviews, numbers or credentials.
- Your customer information stays with your business and is never used for anyone else.
Fair questions.
What does "your tech" cover?
The things attached to your website that nobody wants to deal with: your domain, hosting, security certificates, backups, your Google Business Profile, and getting business email set up on your own domain. If something breaks, you call us, not a help line.
Who actually writes the posts and articles?
AI drafts them from your guidance, in your voice, using what you have told us about your business. A person at Long Day Works reads every draft before it reaches you. You approve with a one-word text reply, or send changes.
Will it answer my email without me?
Only if you want it to, and only for the questions you choose: hours, rates, directions, availability. Everything else is drafted and held for you. Anything about money, bookings or complaints is always held.
Which social platforms?
Facebook, Instagram, X and Bluesky, plus your Google Business Profile. We watch comments and messages and send you a daily digest with suggested replies. On Google, that includes new reviews, questions and messages: a reply is drafted in your voice within the day, and you can let routine ones, such as a thank-you for a five-star review, go out on their own. Where a site does not allow automatic posting, such as some community groups and listing boards, we prepare the post and send it to you ready to paste.
What counts as an update?
One request is one update, whatever it carries: tonight's menu with six photos, a sold horse, a new gallery of twelve pictures, a change of hours. Starter includes 10 a month, Standard 50 and Premium 250. On Premium, updates beyond 250 are $1 each. On Starter and Standard, if you are running over we tell you and talk about the right plan before anything changes on your bill.
How do I send a change?
Text the business number or email us, in plain words, from the phone or address you gave us at setup. Attach photos or video and tell us where they go. We confirm when it is live. No logins, no dashboards.
Do I own my site?
Yes. The domain, hosting and every account are registered in your name, and the words and photos are yours. We build it and manage it for you. If you leave, we hand over everything, including the passwords and a copy you can host anywhere.
Is there a contract?
Three months to start, then month to month. Cancel with 30 days notice. Annual billing gets two months free.
How do payments work?
Half the build fee when you sign, the other half at launch. The monthly plan starts the month after launch.
I already have a site. Can you just fix it?
Usually, yes. The $250 rescue fix covers a broken, expired or hacked site. After that you can stay on a plan or take it from there yourself.
Tell us about your business.
Send a note, or pick a time to talk. Either way, we reply within one business day.
