This site does not use cookies, analytics, ad trackers or tracking pixels. Our own pages serve their fonts and images from this site. The four sample sites under /work/ load their fonts from Google Fonts, so opening one of them sends a request to Google.

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. We do not use those logs to profile anyone.

The contact form and the "pick a time to talk" scheduler send what you type to us. It is stored on Cloudflare, in our account, until we have read it and answered you, and we delete it once the conversation has moved to email. The scheduler also keeps your requested time on hold for up to seven days so nobody else is offered it. To slow down spam, each request records a scrambled version of your IP address for one hour.

The onboarding page we send new clients works the same way: your requested time and your answers come to us through Cloudflare. Once you are a client, we keep your answers in your client file so we can build and run your site, and delete them if you leave and ask us to.

When we confirm a conversation, we create a calendar event in our Google Workspace calendar and send you an invitation from Google Calendar, with a Google Meet link if you chose a video call. Google's own privacy policy covers that invitation.

When you contact us

If you email, call or text us, or use the form or scheduler, we use what you send to answer you and to do the work you ask for. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone else for their own use.

Client information

When we run a website, social accounts or an inbox for a client, that client's information stays with that client. We never use one client's information, photos or accounts for another, and the accounts stay in the client's name.
